This machine has a maximum rolling force of 30 tons and is equipped with two hydraulic slides that are pressure- and position-controlled. Two spindles, driven by brushless motors suitable for high torques, are assembled directly onto the main spindles. This is the most modern and precise solution for any kind of rolling process. The spindles are synchronized with each other and their movement is programmable and controlled synchronously by the PLC.This machine will also showcase several significant innovations:- Complete automation with loading and unloading by a 6-axis anthropomorphic robot- Complete process monitoring with pressure transmitter sensors (ability to recognize good/bad parts)- New energy-saving hydraulic unit (saves up to 80% hydraulic energy)These features make our machine more flexible and speed up the working process.
